Ragdoll physics and take separate damage for a multiplayer car game

Hey guys!

I’m adding some low-poly level people to my car game in a idle position…what I want to do here is to add ragdoll physics and if they get hit by the vehicle that’ll sending them flying…like in GTA…Also I want is…if Player One hits them they’ll lose 20% of their health whereas the Player Two will only lose 5-10% of their heath if they get hit by the vehicle…is it possible?
