Hi fellas,
I’ve created a character with ragdoll capabilities. Pretty standard stuff, based on tutorials and context examples. It uses traces from pelvis to determine if the mesh is lying on front or back and then plays proper animation montage.
The problem is: when skeletal mesh starts playing montage it slides to where the ragdoll started and then, after finishing animation, teleports back to where it should be. Today I scrapped my entire ragdoll system and rebuilt it in different way (based on a working marketplace solution, without inserting anything mine) but the issue was still there… Maybe it is some setting in anim BP? I’m quite stumped and have no idea what could be the cause. Maybe someone would be able to suggest anything?
