Radio Modification on Dialogues using Metasounds?

I have a good amount of dialogues in my game. It’s an FPS but all the characters are military experienced and there comes a point when all of them are at a distance so they use radio to communicate.
I want to add the over-the-radio noise effect + graining on the dialogue audio files . I wanna know how to do it using Metasounds, since they are the procedural audio system in UE5. Not just metasounds but any other system would work. I just want to avoid editing the dialogues or writing code to switch between 2 separate dialogues if possible.
