Racing game driving line

Can someone help me with creating driving line on race trace in a racing game? Do you know of any tutorials.

Never seen a tutorial for this but splines would be an obvious choice here.

Have you got any progress at all?

As in, drop a spline and spawn spline mesh components:

Plus a material with funky arrows and you’re half way there (almost). That should work ok for this.

I had a look at this and it should work just fine with SMCs:

Obviously, this needs a ton more work but is worth exploring. Not even sure if there’s a better way to do it.
