Quixel texture maps are not taggged coorectly in json?

Hi i’m doing some rnd scripting to batch process and publish some assets and old projects i have to ayon.
So for testing purposes i grabbed some exr sequences i had and downloaded some quixel assets.
But i come now to the conclusion that in some assets the specular map is tagged as linear and in some they are tagged as srgb.
Same as with Cavity and fuzz.

Is this just an incorrect json creation or are the maps really all different, as if that’s the case i really need to check my unreal scenes etc.

I now have them tagged correctly from the json automatically when published to ayon so i can load it from there into unreal, but still
