Quixel Megascan greyed material on import

I’m new to Unreal Engine and have experience with other 3D software. So this is a really frustrating issue and a total project block to be honest. When I import assets from Quixel Megascans using Bridge into a new blank project sometimes the objects import correctly and sometimes they import with only a type of roughness map or some grey material. Basically 9 times out of 10.

When I go into the material setup the textures are missing from the parent material and when I re-import and place them again it still doesn’t work. Nothing seems to fix the problem and I can’t find any info on this anywhere on the web from my searches.

Maybe someone has an answer to this? I have also tried it with earlier versions of UE5 and not sure if i just need to move on to something else at this point? I have attached screenshots of the problem.
