Quixel Bridge won't show up no matter what I do

So I downloaded UE5 when it came out, but now that I want to use it, I cant find Quixel Bridge in any of the places it should be. That would include the editor menu, plugins, and the Epic games vault. I have tried everything, and nothing will work, this is getting really annoying.

Nope. When I go to plug-ins, and type Quixel Bridge, or simply bridge, nothing shows up.
