Quixel Bridge to Ue4 broken mesh

Anyone else here using quixel?
I’m having a weird issue when I use bridge to import a mesh.
It creates 2.
1 for LOD 0 and another one thats empty and can’t load or delete.
If I try to interact with the empty one in any way it crashes my engine.
This keeps happening no matter the mesh I chose to import.

The issue with this is the quixel plugin tries to remove one of the meshes. You just have to navigate out of the folder to the content folder wait a bit. Hit save all and its gone.
