Quixel Bridge Maya plugin for Mac error and no plugin for pose manager

Imac (retina 5k, 27 inch, 2020)
Processor 3.8 ghz 8 core intel I7
Amd Raedon Pro 5500 xt 8 gb
running unreal engine 5.3.1 with metahuman the latest Quixel bridge. Maya 2022
To start off I get this error when importing

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘_py3dna’

It seems that it has an importing module problem. Maybe something to do with python3 and importing scripts. Also the MayaUE4RBFPlugin2022.mll and MayaUERBFPlugin.mll are not compatible for mac. Is quixel bridge working with mac? It seems like it’s working no matter what I do.
