quixel bridge login problem

hi everyone, I am trying to login to my quixel bridge account in ue5.4 but it says that my age is not mature enough, eventhough I set my age as mature(I don’t want to say my age publicly). However, before I could login to my quixel account without any problems. Additionally there is a pop up:

How can I solve this problem to acces quixel bridge?

Hey there @Bo1mirzo! Assuming the age restriction is an error, the “failed to restart background service” issue can come from a number of things such as your firewall blocking the application from reaching out. The plugin itself uses Node.js and that would originally ask you for permission to run, if you said no or ignored it, it may have been blocked in your firewall or you may have to remove the Bridge-Bifrost folder. This thread goes into detail with a couple of solutions.

Quixel Bridge Failed to restart background service

I had the same issue today and solved it by solving background service failure issue, if you have verified your age and you still get this error, check if you see a small popup at the bottom of the page that says " Failed to restart background service". after you fix the background service issue you should be able to login. here is the related forum post and there is a very easy solution at the end of the forum posts.
