Quixel Bridge keeps asking me to “subscribe” despite being subscribed already and i cant download assets

I’m new to Unreal Engine & having a problem with Quixel Bridge inside the Engine. Every time I open Bridge, I’m asked to tick the box for the “Go Unlimited with Unreal” content license agreement. I have already accepted this multiple times, but the prompt keeps reappearing.

Details:

I am signed into both the Epic Games Launcher and Quixel Bridge with the same Epic account.

My Epic account shows Quixel is linked under “Connections → Apps.”

Unreal Engine is installed and working, but Bridge never saves my Unlimited license agreement.

Inside Bridge, the assets still show a Subscribe button instead of being available for free under Unreal Unlimited.

I have tried restarting, reinstalling the Bridge plugin, and clearing cache folders, but the issue persists.

Could you please confirm my account is properly flagged for Unreal Unlimited access and advise how to resolve this issue?

Hello @Krusher305,

Thanks for reaching out! Since you’re a new user trying to use Bridge inside UE to access the legacy Megascans library, I wanted to let you know that as of January 1, 2025 the legacy Megascans library is no longer available for acquiring or downloading new assets. Instead, you can now find our assets on fab.com or through the Fab plugin directly inside UE. We encourage you to review these Quixel-to-Fab transition FAQs. And of course, if you still have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
