Hello, I ran into a problem in Unreal Engine 5.1.1 with Quixel Bridge plugins in the Epic Games launcher. The first time I opened Unreal Engine and installed the Quixel bridge, everything worked fine. But a day later I opened Unreal Engine, Quixel Bridge is shown for importing assets, but when I click on the button, nothing happens from the words with all. Neither in the console, something is written, nor a log error is shown. The Quixel Bridge button just doesn’t respond. I reinstalled the plugin separately, Unreal Engine, Epic Games Launcher, tried it in other versions of Unreal Engine (5.2), installed Quixel Bridge from the official site, allowed everything related to Epic Games and Unreal Engine in the firewall, searched all the forums, nothing helped. The epic games marketplace shows that the Quixel bridge is unavailable (whether it was shown “unavailable” on the first day when everything was working, I don’t know, haven’t checked). But through the interface in the “Storages” section, I can install the Quixel bridge, but it still does not work, as I already said. Please help, I’ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 days.
Hey there @IcE28BoY! Welcome to the community! Sorry to hear that the bridge application isn’t opening! Let’s start with a couple of questions!
Are you currently using a VPN? If so, have you tried swapping which country you’re accessing it from?
You had mentioned the bridge wasn’t opening even in 5.2 either, but does a blank window pop up and close immediately or just doesn’t respond at all?
Let’s try resetting the layout to see if it just got lost as a false open window:
