Quixel Blend Material / Top Layer doesn't recognize Height from bottom layer

Hey there, i am using the blend material from quixel/Megascans. At the end , i want to use my own materials. Stone wall, plaster damaged and plaster without damage on top. To try the blend material, i used materials from the bridge. The blend between bottom and middle layer works fine. But the top layer doesn’t recognize the height of the bottom layer. I even followed the quixel tutorial and used the same materials. I am using UE 5.1.

Grass is blending perfectly with the bricks. But the dirt (Top) not. Playing with the blend amount of the top layer only gives me a full gradient between top and bottom.

I definetly dont know what else i could do about that, so thanks for anybody, who knows, what could cause this problem.
