Questions regarding different versions of UE4 and 5 and each respective User License Agreement

Are there any drastic difference between the License Agreements? I’m taking extra-cautious steps after the whole Unity controversy, and I appreciate that Unreal cannot retroactively change the License Agreement of older versions after updates to their newer License Agreement. But, available on the Epic Game Store, there’s like 20 different UE4 and 5 versions and I don’t want to sit through reading the User License Agreement of every single one of them. For those knowledgeable with the texts and particularly related to the Unity shambles: issues regarding revenue model; are there any dramatic differences between them? And if so, which version, if any, offers devs the most financially beneficial pricing model that allows them to make the most of revenues out of their products?
