Questions about moving to Unreal 4

I’ve had a game Idea for a while, and I’ve recently become confident enough in my abilities with 3D modeling and texturing to start putting stuff together in a engine. However I’ve got very little experience with engines besides messing around in Unity a little. I’ve managed to find a few useful tutorials like using the substance plugin, sequencer and the third person game tutorial, but I still have some questions.

As an art person with no coding background how should I start learning to code or work with blueprints?
How easy is it to move over models from Blender to Unreal? I’m working with Maya right now, but I’m thinking of switching since Blender is free.
Do you know of any good tutorials for making terrain and or roads?

You should have no problem using blender with UE.
