Hello, I want to start developing the game, but I do not fully understand the license agreement. I can make the game to put it into Steam and you pay 5% of gross income? And also how I should send the money to you? And that I should not have issues with the game? I live in Ukraine, there are restrictions kakieto to my country? Thanks in advance)
The EULA does permit you to use UE4 to make a game and publish it on Steam. You would owe Epic 5% of gross revenue. Details of royalty payments can be found here.
There are no restrictions specific to Ukraine.
