Questions about format e57

Hello.
I have two questions in RealityCapture.

First
I have to import a file with an format of e57 in the ReallityCapture
However, when I import this file I have an error such as the image below.
I want to solve these errors, can you help me?

Second
I don’t know how to set up the pictures below.
I’ve seen the materials that explain this, but I don’t know exactly how to set it.

I have replied also to your message sent via contact form.

Did you make sure that you exported your point cloud to e57 as ordered? Currently only ordered point clouds from terrestrial laser scanners are supported.
You can find the description of import parameters in the application Help - Create a 3D model from Laser Scans.
