I am a Trader on Fab and was sent a Questionpro link by fab@acct.epicgames.com to participate in the Fab Summer mega sale but everytime I enter my date of birth it does nothing an the javascript reads Javascript:Void(0) when i hover over the submit button

3)Click Submit
nothing should happen which is the problem.
Expected Result
it should forward me to the nest survey page

nothing happens at all which is the problem
