[QUESTION] Unable to contact support by email

Hello everyone and happy new year.

I’m a seller on the MarketPlace, I regularly send emails to support in order to run promotions on my 3d items, and each time I receive a message telling me that my message has been received and that they’ll get back to me as soon as possible. But for the last 2 days this hasn’t happened, no reply, no confirmation of receipt. I’ve used another e-mail address and I’ve also asked a friend of mine to try, but he’s having the same problem. I can no longer communicate with support to do my promotions and without this I’m going to have a significant drop in revenue. The addresses I use to contact support are uemarketplacemessage@epicgames.com and marketplacesupport@epicgames.com
Does anyone have the same problem?
