[QUESTION] Runtime Mesh edge chamfering/smoothing


I have question regarding mesh smoothing. Is there a way, how to smooth hard edges on a static mesh/procedural mesh component? Let’s say I will spawn a box into the world and I will smooth all edges later to desired look. Very similar approach like in 3ds max - chamfering or like in blender.

I would be very grateful for any idea, how this approach can be done in unreal (possibly during runtime). Also I was thinking about smooth edge rendering like in blender or vray but I think it wouldn’t work well when the camera would be too close.
