Can i request a TP-Shooter Template with a Full animated Character here on this Forum ?
Or have someone a Template for me (without other Things … only the Starter Template with a full TPC)

There is great doc utorial in unreal docs website describing step by step how to do animated character. Follow it and you will have that setup, you also will learn new stuff.
I have tried a lot of Videos (without copy it 1by1), but its simply to hard for me currently too understand how it works, because Im a absolutly Beginner in Unreal Engine 4. I know it`s better to learn it Step by Step, but currently I only need a Template with a Full Animated Character and search someone where can make me once (not for free for sure).
The guys responsbile for doing Documents have explained things at their OWN LEVEL, and not always explained at the level of the layman beginner user who is not familiar with any of the Unreal Terms and jargon often these advanced users are familiar with because you have to understand the jargon used first in order to understand what it is they are trying to explain., that’s what causes the steep curve of learning if you don’t know the jargon language used behind all the mathematics.
My only encouragement is to keep reading, watching and trying. It’s a lot to take in even if you know the basic principals. If you have a vision for your game and you want it realised, you will slowly begin to understand how things work. Don’t expect a complete novice to get a handle on everything.
Blueprints sound easy, but it’s essentially programming with graphs so you still need to understand programming fundamentals.
