Hi, I am currently working on generating point cloud data in Reality Capture and exporting it into postshot along with camera alignment data for splat training. While aligning images in RealityScan, it automatically generates a sparse point cloud that I can export. However postshot takes a long time to train the splat with the point cloud since it takes a long time to converge. I am looking into the possibility of creating a dense point cloud that I can export into postshot. Is there a tool that I can use to generate a dense point cloud without faces in .PLY format? I dont want to create a mesh model and then export it in .PLY format since this is not accepted in postshot. Thank you.

For creation of a dense point cloud mesh is needed. But you will be exporting just point using that option, not faces. But you will need to use other (pointcloud) format
