QUESTION: "No Collision Structures" Mod not Working Anymore?

It seems to me, that the famous “No Collision Structures” mod is not functioning anymore. We can still spawn its items, but placement of these items is impossible as they don’t show up anymore in their greenish construction color or in any way at all.

Can anyone create a new mod that has no-collision items? We need NC walls for the sides of our rafts (mounting on the sides, dowwards, of the foundation of our rafts), and we need a ceiling to build a new bottom of our raft.

have you heard of structures plus?

You can use Builder’s Improvement Mod, because it does not implement new structures in the game. You build with the vanilla structures.
