When i first open Content Browser i see yellow question marks on assets? What does that mean? And also in scene outliner there are orange circles near all static meshes and a yellow circle near Directional Light. What do they mean?

The question marks are for unsaved altered assets (or brand new assets). Saving will remove the notice and prompt you to check in your assets if you are using source control. The colored dots are indicators of mobility type; Yellow is Stationary, Orange is Movable and none is Static. I hope this clarifies the issue.
