Hey man, “Русификация” and “Russification” have a little bit different meaning 
“Russification is a form of cultural assimilation process during which non-Russian communities, voluntarily or not, give up their culture and language in favor of the Russian one.”
As for Russian interface, check out this thread. Basically majority of people wanted to translate only documentation and keep English UI, however I have not seen any progress since then
