Hi Arm Zoro, Welcome to the Forums.
Version 4.16 has a special place in my heart. It takes me back to a time when Epic had some focus on VR (MSAA in 4.14, RoboRecall)
Personally I like to keep 4.26 installed (the final version 4.27 added nothing notable imo)
Why are you still using 4.16?

Nice concept—sounds like a strong foundation for a psychological horror game.
If you’re aiming for the Epic Games Store, focus first on a polished playable build (even a vertical slice), stable performance, and a clear gameplay loop. Strong trailer + screenshots will matter more than long descriptions at submission stage.
Also consider upgrading from UE 4.16.3 if possible, since newer engine versions will make approval and optimization easier.
Once that’s solid, submit through the Epic Developer Portal with actual gameplay footage rather than just concept details.
