Question about unreal engine 4.16.3

Hello Epic Games Team,I am an independent developer currently creating a first-person horror and escape experience built in Unreal Engine 4.16.3.

The project is set inside a mysterious school environment where players must survive, explore hidden areas, solve puzzles, and uncover the dark secrets surrounding the location. The game focuses heavily on atmosphere, psychological tension, immersive sound design, and cinematic horror moments.

My goal is to deliver a unique horror experience inspired by classic suspense-driven games while introducing original mechanics and environmental storytelling.

Key Features:

Atmospheric school-based horror setting

Escape and puzzle-solving gameplay

Psychological horror elements

Immersive audio and tension-focused design

Original independent project developed with passion and long-term support plans

The game is currently under active development and continuously receiving improvements, optimizations, and new content.

Hi Arm Zoro, Welcome to the Forums.

Version 4.16 has a special place in my heart. It takes me back to a time when Epic had some focus on VR (MSAA in 4.14, RoboRecall)

Personally I like to keep 4.26 installed (the final version 4.27 added nothing notable imo)

Why are you still using 4.16?
