Question about the royalty section of the EULA

I am just creating a house configurator on https://GEMINI-next-Generation.House
I am just to decide what software to use for making pictures for any house configuration.
The software will be on the server and create many pictures of interior and exterior of the house. It is to sell houses.
Natural, when selling houses, even 5 are enough to cross 1 million turn around,
but the software is only to be used to show the house to the possible buyer.
What EULA sections are relevant for this?
Does here any royalty apply?

I haven’t actually read it recently, but I’m pretty sure the 1mil rule doesn’t work like this :slight_smile:

It’s for when you make > 1mil from selling the product made using the engine. So, if you were to sell your ‘archviz building simulator’ to other agents, and made 1mil, then it would apply.
