Question about the Assets in the Learn tab of Unreal Engine

Hey guys,
Sorry if the question has been asked and answered somewhere else in the forum but I was wondering if the assets available to us in the Learn section of Unreal Engine are free to use in our own project? I am thinking of making a survival horror game and thinking of mixing and matching different assets from this section to bring my project together but not sure if these are free to use and if they are, which ones am I allowed to use?

If I’m not mistaken, you can use it with Unreal Engine except for main characters and main entities (like paragon characters).

Maybe you need to decide for yourself.
For example, anyone can recognize a character or a car used for a lesson, but no one will notice if you use the seat next to it or the parking light.

Anyway, nobody wants ready-made assets to be noticed.
