Question about placement of EULA

Hi there, I’ve been doing a pre-release checklist for my game and encountered a slight problem in regards to the placement of Unreal’s EULA within it.

As I understand it, EULA’s are generally meant to be clicked-through, but I don’t recall seeing just about any UE-powered indie game that required players to read a EULA before starting it. This post says that Epic does not require their EULA to be click-through, however it is close to a decade old now and I’ve been unable to find any official comment on this from Epic.

My question is whether there is any information from Epic on where their EULA is allowed to be placed within the game? Is it enough to simply place it within a submenu on the main menu screen where players can access it whenever they feel like it, or is a click-through EULA at the start of the game required?
