Question about Creative maps with event-based quests

How do maps usually get picked for special events, similar to what happened last summer with multiple maps were picked with quests associated with them?

Or a more recent example, the Space Battle Ultima map created by Prudiz that gave the Winged Cavalry back bling.

I’m not only asking for educational reasons, but also I’m wanting my map to get picked lol :laughing:
