Quest 2 view is very unstable

I created a simple app, compiled it, deployed it to App Lab, and installed it on my headset.

When I go to the app, the view is completely unstable, jumping around everywhere.
I made a recording with me holding still. If I move around, it is much worse.

Has anyone seen this behavior? What did you do to prevent it?

I think it has to do with lighting. They are movable by default. I tried changing them to static but that left me with a dark environment even though I set the meshes to generate light UV maps.
