Quang Phan - N5: Malakor | Female Dragon Knight

Character overview:

Dragon Knight is far more than just a warrior in a suit of mail, they represent the ultimate fusion of mortal grit and primordial power. Unlike a standard knight-errant, the Dragon Knight shares a predestined bond with dragons—acting as a master tamer, a legendary rider, or even a descendant of dragon blood. Their silhouette is unmistakable, typically clad in heavy armor forged from dragon scales or etched with fiery motifs. This look exudes majesty and a certain rugged solitude, befitting someone who wields a power beyond human comprehension. Narratively, they often serve as "The Balancer." They are either the final spark of hope for a crumbling empire or the silent sentinels of ancient secrets that humanity has long since forgotten. Whether portrayed as a paragon of virtue or a tragic anti-hero, the Dragon Knight always steals the scene with breathtaking aerial combat and timeless themes of courage and legacy.

N5 Cinematic Character & Custom Groom Bundle (UE5 Manny Compatible)

Introducing the N5 Series – A production-ready, highly optimized 3D character asset package meticulously crafted for next-gen game development in Unreal Engine 5.5. This comprehensive bundle includes a fully realized Character, Modular Outfit, Weapon, and realistic Hair Cards.

Built natively on the standard UE5 Manny Skeleton, this asset offers seamless integration into your existing projects, allowing you to instantly leverage Unreal Engine’s vast ecosystem of animations and blueprints without any retargeting hassle.

KEY FEATURES

  • Virtual Texture Optimization: Fully utilizes Virtual Textures to drastically reduce Material Sections per Skeletal Mesh. This keeps your draw calls incredibly low and ensures peak rendering performance in crowded game scenes.

  • Next-Gen Chaos Cloth (UE 5.5 Dataflow): Experience the cutting-edge of cloth simulation. Both the outfit and hair cards are driven by the new Cloth Asset (Dataflow) pipeline in UE 5.5. Completely independent of old Material Section constraints, this system delivers ultra-realistic, performant, and reliable physical simulation for both cloth and leather materials.

  • Game-Ready Topology & Flawless Skinning: The skeletal meshes are optimized for modern hardware constraints while maintaining cinematic visual fidelity. Every joint and multi-layered piece of clothing has been meticulously weight-painted by hand to eliminate mesh clipping during extreme animations.

  • Native UE5 Manny Skeleton: Absolute compatibility out-of-the-box with standard UE5 animations, Blueprints, Enhanced Input, and Control Rigs.

  • Seamless Integration with N5 MHC Groom Hair Ecosystem: This character bundle is structurally optimized to work flawlessly with my own dedicated MHC Groom Hair packages available on FAB. This ensures a perfect, trouble-free fit and maximum aesthetic flexibility for your character customization.

REQUIRED PLUGINS & PROJECT SETTINGS

To ensure all advanced physics and texture optimizations function correctly, please enable the following in your Unreal Engine project:

Required Plugins:

  1. Chaos Cloth

  2. Chaos Cloth Asset

  3. Chaos Cloth Asset Editor

  4. Editor Dataflow Graph

Project Settings:

  • Enable: Virtual Texture Support

How to use:

Basic:

  • Create new project or using your existing project

  • Active plugin required

  • Package submitted under Asset Pack so it won't including input file so if you can't control characters move/walk/run... on Overview map please download INPUT file here and import into your project to drive characters.

  • Please note with Unity version to activate the physics simulation for the character, you will need Magica Cloth 2

Advanced:

It’s a great model; I actually bought an older version of it from you previously. Raven is a fairly old model, G2: Knights 02… do you plan on releasing an updated version or they are dead?

The reason I no longer buy your models isn’t the quality, but rather how I use them. For instance, with the medieval models: if I’m creating an RPG, my models need to be able to wear different outfits, and often the pieces don’t fit together across different models.

Another point: since 2023, you’ve prohibited the use of AI. Does that mean I can’t use AI if I want to create a new pair of trousers for my model?

PS : Regarding your Discord, it seems like it’s no longer possible to talk or ask questions all the cc are blocked, I had to come to Fab to chat.

Hi Tommy,
I have stopped producing the G2 models and switched to the N5 models because they are more suitable. Yes, it is difficult for the pieces in the sets to fit together perfectly, as they have different designs and often do not align seamlessly.
I only forbid the use of my products for AI training, I think you can certainly create your own clothing based on your own designs.
