Honestly using the scale tool in unreal engine is quite wacky as i need to scale, reposition and adjust. or to change the pivot point for our needs. it’s really not intuitive and frustrating to use.
My suggestion is to add the “Scale Cage” tool like in blender :
or simply put like in roblox where you can scale one side, and hold tab or something to scale the other side, even tho roblox is geometry based and unreal is physics based but i am sure there is a way to make it work, it’d save alot of time for someone who wants to do all the micro adjustments in-studio after making small assets for myself in blender.
that said on the topic of quality of life, could you also make r to automaticly rotate something 90 degres to right or left? and t to make it rotate 90 *but up and down?
simply r to rotate it one way 90* to the right*
t to rotate it one way 90* up
as a person who switched over to unreal engine 6 months ago i used to work with roblox studio/ blender and despite me getting used to the engine it’s still a pain to micro adjust, so please do add these features.
