I have some issues with the quality of my models while exporting them from RC to Sketchfab. In RC the model looks great with an excellent quality but unfortunately, when I upload it to Sketchfab looks really bad. Can someone help with me with it ?

First of all, can you please screenshot your Sketchfab export settings?
You can also share the model link.
RC simplifies the model based on the settings, so it fits the upload limits. To me, it looks like your model doesn’t have the texture applied to it. It only shows the vertex colors. Try to check the Edit 3D settings on the Sketchfab page and ensure it has the texture used and doesn’t show the vertex colors.
