Even though I reminded you afterwards at the beginning of July, you did not open my account and I waited for a transfer for nothing, without suspecting the situation. Until today!
Today’s date is 27 . 08 . 2026 and when I log into my profile and examine my “Reports” section, I am faced with the figure of $457.49 that is about to be sent to me! Are you Kidding me, Are you Extorting My Money?
When I click on the reports myself (Sales Section) and select the Date 01.04.2026 - 27.08.2026, I see my total revenue of $2,038 dollars. And when I select the date 01. 05. 2026 - 27. 08. 2026; I see my total revenue of $1,377! What the hell, I haven’t received a payment from you since May, how can you send me 437 dollars, man, are you kidding me, what kind of an extortion is this! What kind of seizing money and earnings is this! Also, why is this sales screen so Messed up?
Why is it impossible to see the money for the product I sold without keeping my own accounting book, it is impossible to understand what kind of a working structure this is! How many people are you victimizing with such a convoluted panel! I want a day-by-day, itemized report of all my sales, this is my first demand. Even though you state in the Fab Page guidelines that “If the user has downloaded, no refund will be issued”, you have additionally extorted my $72.

Let’s add one more fact to the table: The consumer complaint websites and forums in my country are absolutely flooded with complaints about your company. There are thousands of unresolved issues heavily centered around your gaming platform. But what’s even darker are the sudden, unauthorized withdrawals from people’s bank accounts. Or the unpaid revenues for games and contents like skins that were removed from sale without any notice to the creators!
If your management or anyone reading this forum wants proof, a simple Google search is enough. Just search for: ‘Epic Games Dolandırıcılığı’ (Epic Games Scam).
Furthermore, when you search in English, it is incredibly easy to find hundreds of thousands of similar complaints regarding your practices across platforms like Reddit and Quora.

Normally, it takes days to get a single reply from Fab Support. Yet, after my firm stance, a ticket I opened at noon was answered at jet speed. However, their rushed response exposes an even bigger scandal. They cherry-picked a few months to claim my balance is only $916.75, conveniently ignoring the rest of my actual accumulated earnings. Even worse, they played dead and completely dodged my explicit question regarding the $72 unauthorized refund confiscation. This selective, fabricated transparency is the ultimate proof of why I will be forced to escalate this issue to official institutions in Turkey and CİMER. They only answer what fits their narrative.
I received a payment at the end of May, but since that payment cycle only covered the March-April period, where are my May earnings?! When I filter my dashboard calendar from May to today, the actual exact figure is $1,377. Yet, your response vaguely and evasively states, “Your August payout total is $916.75.” Where is the May payment? Where is the June payment? Where is the July payment?
Furthermore, when I try to generate a payment report, the interface is a complete, misleading mess. Either completely remove the items you have already paid from the system or clearly cross them out! You are intentionally confusing everyone, and it is obvious this is a deliberate tactic.
While I collect my earnings from all other platforms within 15 days, being forced to wait 2 months here—and even having those two months constantly delayed—is a deliberate policy, exactly as all the other sellers on this forum are actively protesting!
On top of this, my current August earnings stand at $423. Why is this amount excluded, and why am I being forced to wait until the end of October to receive it? Are you holding my delayed earnings in interest-bearing accounts to make a double profit off my labor, while simultaneously inventing shady payment deductions?!
None of these explanations are acceptable. I demand a strict, line-by-line, itemized report of every single sale and receivable, and I will publish that exact report on this forum for everyone to see.
And I am reminding you once again: I demand the immediate return of my confiscated $72! A user bought, downloaded, and then refunded a digital asset, which is a direct violation of your own terms, yet you don’t even mention it in your reply. Go read your own refund policies, act with honor, and return my stolen money! Enough with this nonsense.

I have not received a single payout for May, June, July, and August 2026. My payments were temporarily frozen at my own request, and after communicating with them to reactivate the account a week ago, I demanded my accumulated funds. Instead of transferring my money, their “support” team keeps sending me automated, brain-dead responses claiming they processed a payment of $916.75 for July 2025.
We are in the year 2026! I have emphasized the 2026 timeline in every single message, yet they intentionally muddy the waters, ignore the current year, and shamelessly blame “different financial institutions’ processing speeds.” How does a bank process a phantom transfer to an account that had its payouts frozen? To which account did they send this imaginary money?
This is not a simple misunderstanding; this is outright theft, extortion, and fraud. They are sitting on creators’ money and trying to find a vague, convoluted escape route with copy-paste emails.
I am not playing this game anymore. On Monday, I will be at the prosecutor’s office in Turkey with my lawyer to file criminal charges for fraud and extortion. I am also initiating legal procedures to get a broadcast and access ban imposed on Fab across Turkey, and I will be exposing this scam to the press.
