Python Editor Scripting / UEFN MCP access – no Beta Access section (42.30)

Hi,

I’d like to request access to Python Editor Scripting and UEFN MCP Toolsets.

- Epic display name: TwitchFastPlayer

- Platform: Windows 10 22H2 (10.0.19045.6466), x86_64

- UEFN version: 6.0.0-58813929+++Fortnite+Release-42.30

Project: SKY HEIST (working title) – a “climb & steal” collection/tycoon

island in early development.

Use case: Driving UEFN from Claude Code via MCP, as described in Epic’s

UEFN MCP documentation – bulk actor placement for tower/base layouts,

placing and configuring Creative devices, and keeping that in sync with

the island’s Verse code.

Problem: There is no “Beta Access” section in Project Settings, and searching

Editor Preferences for “MCP” or “Python” returns nothing, so there is

nothing to enable – even on the latest version (42.30).

Is access rolled out gradually / account-gated, or is there a way to request it?

Thanks!

@TwitchFastPlayer Can you take a photo of your project settings?
Do you not see this option?

Thanks, I was looking in Editor Preferences instead of Project Settings – found it!
