Hi Epic team,
I’d like to request access to the Python Editor Scripting beta for UEFN.
- Epic account / display name: hadar.hr
- UEFN / Fortnite version: [Help > About, e.g. 5.8.0-…+++Fortnite+Release-41.30]
- Project: Be_a_Snake
- OS: Windows
Use case - editor-side automation only:
- Programmatic placement of static meshes and props for a large, repetitive obstacle course (40+ stages). Placing these by hand would take weeks and would make iteration on level tuning impractical.
- Batch asset import and automated scene setup.
- Bulk material assignment and actor naming/organization.
- MCP integration with Claude Code for editor automation.
All gameplay logic will remain in Verse. Python will be used strictly for content production and world-building workflows, and only on properties that are editable through the UEFN interface, so my content stays valid for publishing.
I’m an established UEFN creator with published islands, and I run paid island promotion campaigns, so keeping my projects compliant and publishable is a priority for me.
Current state on my machine:
- Output Log shows: LogPython: Python disabled via CVar ‘Engine.Python.IsEnabledByDefault’
- The Tools menu shows a “PYTHON” section header with no entries under it
- I have no Project Settings window available, so there is no “Beta Access” section for me to enable this locally
Could my account please be added to the allow-list? Thank you!
