Yes you can.
Well, it is a rather vague question, but yes you can make puzzles. There should be a few tutorials on YouTube that you can check out, there are also some drag & drop tutorials if that is the kind of thing you are interested in.
A puzzle could literally be anything. Yes, yes you can.
Make a maze. Done.
Need to be more specific is my point.
But chances are, yes you can do whatever it is that’s in your head. Just need to problem solve!
