Can you attach a screenshots of how particle looks in a level, material, node ColorOverLife in particle system.

as stated in the same comments:
On 4.6 your color over life in the detail panels will be capped to 1 if you try iterating them. (Known bug currently said to be fixed in 4.7) Workaround in 4.6 change the value’s through graph by either dragging keys, or right click set value. (don’t touch the color seem to go funky just like trying to change them in the detail panel)

Another way to do it is to add a multiply node between whatever you have as the material for your particle and the emissive input. just multiply that by 2 - infinite and the particle will be emissive as well :slight_smile:
