Purchased Product Stuck On "Syncing"

I recently purchased the FX Uwave from the marketplace, and I am unable to use it. It’s been stuck on “syncing” for over an hour now. Restarted, logged out & back in…nothing seems to work. I’ve never had this problem with purchases before.
Any ideas?
