So I purchased some materials on the Unreal Engine Marketplace website, and it came through as purchased. But then when I go to open the launcher, it wasn’t in my vault and it showed that I hadn’t purchased it. I go back to the website, refresh the page, and then it showed that I hadn’t purchased it, even though my bank account says I did. The item also did not appear on the vault on the website. Any suggestions?
