As the title says. I purchased a game and it has not shown in the Epic games launcher library. Uninstalled/Reinstalled, restarted computer, still cannot find it to install the game. Any idea what I should try next? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!

You are on the wrong Forum actually. This is the Unreal Engine Forums and you are in the “Unreal Engine Marketplace” Sub-Forum, this has nothing to do with the Epic Games Store and Launcher Library.
You do have to contact them directly at https://epicgames.helpshift.com/ , since there is no Epic Games Store Forum at the moment.
