I’m looking for some help with an asset I purchased through Fab Marketplace that I can no longer download.
The asset is:
Cosmic Sci-Fi Whooshes Sound Effects Pack
I purchased and paid for the asset normally, but it now appears that I no longer have access to the download. I have tried accessing it through Fab Marketplace and through the Epic Games Launcher for Windows, but neither option allows me to download the files.
I have already contacted the creator. They told me that they are no longer sellers on Fab, but that customers who previously purchased their products should normally retain access. They asked me to provide proof of purchase so they could investigate the issue with Fab. They also offered to provide access to the product through their own website once the purchase is verified.
The problem is that when I try to contact Epic/Fab support, I only receive responses from a bot and I’m unable to reach a solution or a person who can help with the issue.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Is there a way to restore access to a previously purchased Fab asset, or is there a specific department/contact method I should use to resolve this?
I have proof of purchase, including the invoice and order information, and I can provide screenshots if necessary.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
