Purchase still Syncing?

Hi,

I purchased the Modular Cliff and Rock Set from the marketplace, and after an hour it is still syncing. Is it because it is not fully released yet or am I haveing some kind of issue?

Hey there - It’s a mistake on our part. The pack isn’t quite available, and “Coming Soon” content should not be purchasable. We are issuing refunds in this case for people that have gone ahead and bought it. Shoot me a PM if you need to discuss in better detail, I’ll update this thread as things get fixed :slight_smile:

I’m also seeing this problem, I’m also seeing it with a lot of the Epic projects too (like Blueprint Office, Architecture, Effects Cave and more). Those have been out for a long time, are they just not updated with the new version yet?

Just to be clear, when you are trying to download any of these projects, they are continuously syncing?

And this is still happening with the Cliff & Rock Set as well?

Yeah, the projects I mentioned all just say “Syncing” no matter what version I select. (Minus one actually: I just noticed Blueprint Office only says create project when I have 4.3 but syncing for all the other versions, I think had downloaded that earlier.)

I don’t think I got the Cliff & Rock Set, I don’t see it listed anymore so I’m pretty sure I didn’t.

I figured out my problem! I had added some modifier to the launcher a while ago to get Oculus support before 4.4.1 was released. I removed it and now I can download.
