Purchase of the submission fee with the wrong company information

Hi, last month I purchased the submission fee for our upcoming game but unfortunately the information on the account was not updated, but it still had an old information. My accountant just noticed the mistake and we are wondering if it would be possible to either reissue the invoice with the correct information or cancel the purchase and charge it again with the correct information.
