I can’t seem to make purchases… I get the following error :
"An error occured processing your request, please try again.
Error Code : E40-0"
Anyone know? I have a positive amount of credit in my balance…
Hey LeamDelaney, sorry to hear you’re experiencing trouble with the marketplace. Is this through the website or the launcher? I know there was an update recently, have you applied it to your launcher and restarted? If none of that works, send your Epic ID and the name of the package that is failing to purchase to marketplace-support@unrealengine.com and they should get you sorted out.

It was via the launcher! It also just started working again!
Also, whilst this time I wasn’t buying your assets, I am definitely going to be buying some of them at some point - You do great work.
