Hey, I’m currently in college learning Unreal Engine 5 and I’ve been creating a Fortnite Map using UEFN and I went to find out how to publish a map and you need to spend $75 (£60) and spend 7/30 days in Creative! Thats almost 6 hours a day!! Is there anywway to get past this as I dont have the money to throw around and as hard working as I am almost 6 hours a day is unreasonable especially when i go to college from 6am-6pm! Any responses would be appreciated.
Its not in hours. Youve just got to create on 7 separate days out of 30. Its not unreasonable as it will probably take that long to build a map anyway.
Its either or as well, the $75 is to bypass that
Hey, I’ve published my first UEFN game a month ago. I’ve talked with the Epic Games support and they have told me that is enough to spend one hour max per day for 7 days. It’s not just time spent in Creative, it’s also the time you’ve spent creating in UEFN and Unreal Engine.
Hey. What’s the minimum?
Hi Exirls, Welcome to the Forums.
See this doc for current requirements.
About the ‘7 Day thing’ I think that loading up UEFN + Launching a session could be considered the minimum.
