I recently signed up yesterday to be a cretor and create maps in Fortnite. The process is long and I did everything that was asked of me, everything was fine and hours later while waiting for confimations regarding hyperwallet my creator Code has been disabled + publishing privileges revoked. I have tried contacting epic support but no one seems to give me an answer. I’ve gone through FAQ nothing there lines up with what happended to me. If its a mistake i did without knowing i feel its better to explain to someone that you did a..b..c..d.. and you learn and move on but just say “you violated” something without explaintion is a bit unfair and harsh if i’m being honest. I literally can’t do anythign when ever i go to the enroll page it says i have to wait 90 days to try again for something i don’t even know i did wrong. Someone kindly help if you have exprienced or encountered this issue as well.
