Summary
I’ve been trying to make simple public side publisher changes (update bio, publisher name, support email, and profile pictures) but I’m unable to save any changes. The ‘save changes’ button stays greyed out no matter what options are changed.

Steps to Reproduce
Make a change to a publisher page and try to save the changes.
Expected Result
I would expect the button to be clickable when a change has been made so that the publisher profile can be submitted for review.
Observed Result
The ‘save changes’ button remains greyed out and is unclickable, preventing changes from being saved.
Platform
I tried both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome web browsers + the issue persisted across both platforms.
Operating System
Windows 10.
