Hello, I can set a Store name on my Marketplace Seller Portal, but it would be very good if I can also have some kind of support pseudonym not directly pointing to my username on Epic Games? Why else should I be able to define a separate support Email Address if I don’t can use also a Support pseudonym name.
Problem:
If one user asks a question for my plugin and I answer my real Epic Store username shows up.
